Postage and packaging is FREE for all UK orders.

We endeavour to dispatch all items held in stock as soon as possible. Your order will be shipped First Class in plastic-free packaging and delivered by Royal Mail. It should arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch and you will receive an email from us when it has been packed and is on its way.

Currently, we are not able to ship outside of the UK.

We hope that you love your new lead but we know that sometimes, you may change your mind. If that’s the case, you can return any items for a refund (except the cost of postage) within 14 days of receipt as long as they are unused, in a fully resalable condition.

Refunds cannot be processed until we have received the items so please don’t forget to obtain proof of postage.

If your order has not been dispatched then it can be cancelled; please just send us an email. If the order has already been dispatched then you will need to return the order for a refund. The original shipping fee and the cost of returning any items will not be included in your refund.
